Unilateral Cleft Lip & Palate
Born with Unilateral cleft lip and palate.
Lip operated at 6 months, palate operated at the age of  one & half years. Alveolar bone graft surgeries done at the age of 7 years and 11 years for eruption of left upper incisor and left upper canine. Orthopedics and  Orthodontics done for maxillary advancements and arch alignments. Current state of the patient awaiting maxillary advancements at the age of 18 years.
