Pretreatment
Smitha, aged 4 months, was born with bilateral cleft lip and palate. She was treated at St. John’s Medical College and Hospital by Dr. Vijay Joseph. Lip correction surgery was performed when she was 8 months.
They came at the age of 4 months to the S.t.Johns Medical College and Hospital . At the age of 6 months the defect was corrected by Dr.Vijay Joseph.
